Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Redtape account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality check is complete.
