We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Are Redtape products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear and apparel come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering material and workmanship defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations.
